CANCELLATIONS:

* If done 48 hours before, no charge will be done to the credit card, except for special dates such as: Fairs, Xmas, Holidays, Easter, New Year, etc...

* If the cancellation is made out of time as the upper policy shows, or in case of no show, the first night of the stay will be charged.

* Under 4 years old: free cradle.

* Up from 4 years old: 21€ will be charged per person and additional bed, (max. number of additional cradle/bed per room is 1 ).

* Additional beds will be only placed under request and H. San Lorenzo must show it´s compliance.

* Additional charges must be payed separately at the Hotel

* No pets allowed.
