HOTEL SAN LORENZO processes the information provided by interested parties for the following purposes:

Manage the payment of your reservations, regardless of the payment method used, and all obligations established by Royal Decree 933/2021 which establishes the documentary registration obligations and information of individuals or legal entities that carry out hospitality and motor vehicle rental activities.
- Manage the delivery of the information you request.
- Develop and manage contests, sweepstakes or other promotional activities that may be organized.
- In some cases, it will be necessary to provide information to authorities or third-party companies for audit purposes, as well as handle personal data from invoices, contracts, and documents to respond to customer claims or government agencies.

- Marketing: We will process your data until you unsubscribe or cancel your subscription to the newsletter. If you participate in promotional activities, we will keep your data for a period of six (6) months after the action ends.
- Usability and quality analysis: We will treat your data promptly during the time in which we proceed to carry out a specific quality action or survey or until we anonymize your navigation data.
- Royal Decree 933/2021: which establishes the obligations of documentary record and information of individuals or legal entities that carry out accommodation and motor vehicle rental activities. We will process your data for 3 years.
